We are pleased to announce the following promotions effective November 19, 2007.

• Sean O’Connor has been promoted to the position of Captain and will serve as the lead officer (Station Commander) for A Crew. Sean has done an excellent job as Lieutenant, along with running A Crew during the extended leave of the previous crew Captain. Sean has been with Seminole Trail VFD since September 2004.
• Jon Huang has been promoted to the position of Captain and will serve as the lead officer (Station Commander) for D Crew. Jon has done an excellent job as Lieutenant and has taken on some department wide training duties (which he will continue). Jon has been with Seminole Trail VFD February 2004.
• Mike Rose has been promoted to the position of Battalion Chief. Mike will continue to help staff D Crew for the short term and will transition into the Duty Chief rotation. Mike has done an excellent job overseeing the station and apparatus repair needs and will continue these duties in his new role. Mike has been with Seminole Trail VFD since December 2001.
• FF Trison Paradis has been promoted to the position of Fire Marshal.
• FF Christina deVries has been promoted to the position of Quartermaster.
• FF Tom Willemann has been promoted to the position of Asst. Quartermaster.

Along with these promotions will come some other personnel moves:

• FF Paul McKee from C Crew to D Crew
• Lt. Senser from D Crew to A Crew
• Lt. Kim B Crew to D Crew
