Seminole Trail volunteers participated in the Albemarle County Government Day held at the county office building on McIntire Road. Units from many of the county emergency services agencies were in attendance for public viewing and education. Bus loads of elementary students along with many parents accompanying younger children attended to view the static displays of all types of public safety vehicles and programs. The highlight of the days activities involved a vehicle extrication demonstration featuring a fly in by helicopter Pegasus. Seminole volunteers assisted in the extrication demonstration.
